Our actions are focused on bringing our mission to life. We host networking and professional development events throughout the year, spread awareness of opportunities and member accomplishments through our bimonthly newsletter, share knowledge through resources and white papers, and provide multiple avenues for our members to connect and learn from one another. Committees
Thought Leadership
The Thought Leadership committee is focused on identifying opportunities for improvement in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) practices and sharing best practices through multiple different means, such as white papers and presentations.
Professional Development
The Professional Development committee develops resources, programs, and opportunities to help Asians succeed within I/O. They are in charge of running our mentorship program and putting together professional development events (e.g., panels, workshops).
Public Relations
The Public Relations committee organizes communications and connections for Asians in I/O. This group is in charge of our bimonthly newsletter, social media, partnerships with other groups, and connectivity events.
